Students are responsible for the printing and transportation of posters to the conference.

Please note – students are not required to submit an abstract for acceptance before the full paper submission. Students are accepted to the conference based on the full five-page paper submission on February 24, 2025, and will be notified of their acceptance to the conference by April 14, 2025.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Papers must present original material or a review of a significant area, and not published previously.
2. Full papers will be reviewed by industry experts prior to the conference and should be a maximum of 5 pages.

• By submitting a paper, you agree to the following:
• your paper must be presented in poster format at the Student Poster Session.
• the paper and poster can be published in the Conference Proceedings.
• the Proceedings or individual papers may be offered for sale to the public by the CNS.
• individual papers may be reprinted in other CNS publications.
